We are so excited that we can open again as an arranged indoor activity and we are taking bookings.
There must be some questions to answer so we will list them here.
I HAD A BOOKING THAT WAS CANCELLED BEFORE
Any booking that we cancelled between the 9th December 2020 and the 17th May 2021 you will have credit applied to your account with us for re-booking. Even if your booking pre-dates this your credit will still be there as it does not expire. Just book from the same details as before and apply your credit.
I HAD A GIFT VOUCHER THAT EXPIRED DURING LOCKDOWN
Don't worry, if your voucher expired after we closed then any voucher that expired between the 9th of December 2020 to the 17th May 2021 will be extended until the 1st July 2021. If you had a voucher that expired before the 19th of December we are permitted to help with some discounts on renewing your voucher.
IS IT SAFE TO COME BACK
The world is not fun right now we know, but we have a safe environment to come and "Escape" (intended). You will be the only group here and our facilities are fogged and cleaned between each group. We have hand sanitiser too.
DO I HAVE TO WEAR A MASK
Yes, you will need to wear a mask during your time here and not be "touchy" with our team
Because of the extra cleaning involved right now and the cost of staffing 1 game at a time we have a minimum booking of 3 players.
Sadly because of the time we need between games you will have a 20 minute window to arrive with us. This window is 15 minutes before your timeslot to 5 minutes after. We must insist on being strict in this and we cannot permit entry after your game time has passed because this will affect our cleaning durations and cause delays for other customers.
You have the option on checkout of paying in full at time of booking, paying by cryptocurrency or by paying in cash on arrival. ALL BOOKINGS which are not paid in full will require a £20 deposit to hold the time slot.
